There are taxis outside of the airport that are around 100DHS and they are very good with hotel locations just be clear with giving them the name and area of your hotel location and speak slowly as some of the taxi drivers English is not very good. They may ask you to type the location into the gps.

For Taxis always use Uber or the local taxi app which is called Careem. It is always a good idea to carry cash but all public taxis do accept card payments, except apple pay.
